Administrative Sales Assistant - Financial Services Company

(Name of Employer will be disclosed at first interview)

Location: Chattanooga, TN (In Office)

Part Time: 28 to 30 hours per week.

Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

We are seeking a conscientious Sales Assistant for a family-owned and operated financial services company who is dedicated to supporting the sales and marketing efforts while ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role requires proficiency in various technologies, including CRM systems, and the ability to adapt to new tools as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with high-value clients and manage important administrative tasks. With a focus on client satisfaction and team collaboration, the Sales Assistant will play a vital role in driving growth and success in a dynamic, multi-state business environment.

Technology Requirements:

Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, texting systems, Constant Contact, Zoom, Eventbrite, and Google Docs and similar.

Ability to use the SNIP feature.

Some experience with CRM's (Customer Relationship Management) systems preferred, with training provided on Wealthbox CRM.

Familiarity with portal systems and online compliance portals.

Ability to be forward-thinking and offer solutions for technology needs, including investigating options at Broker Dealers to enhance our existing systems.

Sales/Marketing Responsibilities:

5-10 years of experience in booking appointments, particularly with medium to high-net-worth clients.

Strong comprehension and follow-up skills with a sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet deadlines.

Work closely with the high-energy owner to coordinate events and workshops that include following up with attendees to schedule appointments using established systems.

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly updates and reporting of sales data, marketing information, and client activity.

Manage Excel marketing report of all marketing activities throughout the year.

Daily Administrative Tasks:

Greet clients and maintain the lobby and kitchen supplies.

Manage office supplies and budget.

Act as the right hand for the CEO and Client Services Assistant, fulfilling all needs with a proactive and positive attitude.

High level of focus, comprehension, and a sense of urgency.

Desire to work as a valued team member in a multi-state business environment.

Ability and high level of comfort to work with team members or alone depending on schedule.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel between Chattanooga and Atlanta, GA, 2-4 times a year for meetings and events.

Possible overnight travel 1-2 times a year for conferences if needed.

Compensation:

$16/hr. during 60-day training period.

$20/hr. after training is completed.
