We are a established company of 25 years that specializes in tile installations in high end residential. We take care of our employees and have a very small turn over (most have been with us for 20+yrs). The employee that is leaving the position of 10 years must leave for personal reasons.
Looking for a able bodied person that has the following skills and attributes:
-organized and self-sufficient. Able to comprehend and follow instructions. Problem solver. Read and write legibly.
-neat in appearance and keep a neat job site
-construction experience and must be familiar with many aspects of construction. Must be able to lift over 50lbs if necessary. Must have experience with framing and carpentry. Desire to grow and learn the tile trade and eventually become a installer.
-willingness to do all aspects of construction- including demo of existing structures, dealing with difficult clients (at times) and show up daily M-F). Has a eye for details and willing to be as detailed as possible
-must have a valid drivers license, must be willing to have a background check. Must be willing to have a drug screen (if necessary).
-if you have tile experience this is a plus. If you have a truck or van plus (but not necessary). Must be comfortable to driving company truck and towing a trailer if needed.
-we pay for mileage to and from job on personal vehicle.

We stay busy all year long and open to some overtime. We have excellent benefits. Again, we take care of our employees as long as they take care of us.
