SKILLED CONSTRUCTION LABORLookout Roofing & Construction is a company determined to raise the quality of construction service in the greater Chattanooga area. Earn up to $16-$25/hour. Lead man needed and workers at all levels. Workers will report to the company office in south Chattanooga each day. Candidate must be hard working without being told, drug and alcohol free, have OWN TRANSPORTATION with VALID DIRVERS LICENSE and be able to work as a subcontractor receiving a 1099 for tax purposes in the beginning. As company grows there is potential for employment with benefits. Jobs will vary but may include handyman services needed in homes being bought and sold, minor roofing repairs, siding, fascia/soffit repairs, minor gutter repairs, tile/hardwood, light plumbing, drywall, painting, and light electrical. Company is also doing complete remodels so has consistent work. Serious inquiries only. Potential for growth. Pay scale dependent on experience.
