Job Title: Man Lift Operator/Factory Cleaner

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Job Description:
Overview: We are currently seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our team in Cleveland, TN as a Man Lift/Forklift Operator & Factory Cleaner. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating man lifts to assist in various tasks within our factory premises. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the factory using these lifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and experience in operating both man lifts and forklifts.
Responsibilities:
1. Safely operate man lifts and forklifts to transport materials, equipment, and personnel as needed within the factory premises.
2. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on man lifts and forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
3. Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks and storage areas using forklifts.
4. Clean and dust high areas within the factory using man lifts, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
5. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
6. Adhere to all safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
7. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and timelines.
9. Perform general cleaning duties within the factory premises as required.
Requirements:
1. Tax ID required.
2. Previous experience operating man lifts is required.
3. Certification for operating man lifts and forklifts or willingness to obtain certification.
4. Strong understanding of safety protocols and guidelines.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy lifting.
8. Flexibility to work occasional overtime if required.
9. Familiarity with factory environments and related equipment.
