Maintenance Duties:
Respond to tenant service requests and concerns in a timely, professional, clean, and efficient manner.
Responsible for daily repair and upkeep of the property as needed.
Perform light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work as needed.
Prepares or assists in the preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the company. Follows the manufacturer’s guidelines when using or servicing each piece of equipment.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure preservation and upkeep of the buildings, amenities, equipment, grounds, exteriors, and the overall appearance of company properties. Reports concerns to the Property Manager and Corporate team.
Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents to the Property Manager.
Perform all job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Some weekend, evening, and on-call shifts may be required.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions/Environment:
Capable of working long days on a frequent basis.
Capable of pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 lbs.
Occasionally required to climb, kneel, crouch, bend, reach or crawl.
Additional physical demands include: being outside/walking across the property in various weather conditions, on feet for an extended period of time, walking up and downstairs, climbing a ladder, and perform duties that require manual dexterity.
Occasionally exposed to fumes and chemicals.
