Land needs cleared and trash took off or burned

This job is for a home I purchased the yard has big trash pile that needs burned safely or took off to landfill which is only few feet away from home. They are appliances that are broke that you can take off for scrap and keep the money. This yard has trash scattered all over it. I have cash to pay and need this job done as soon as possible. A single mom with 2 children need to move in and can't until this job is done. You will be paid well and can start right away.
