Lead: $17.50/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Job Description:
As a Maintenance Support Worker or Lead, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks at a school facility. This includes but is not limited to routine repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of the premises to ensure a safe and functional environment for students and staff.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general maintenance tasks, including repairing fixtures, painting, and cleaning.
Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
Assist in maintaining the grounds, including landscaping and snow removal as needed.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all.
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team and school staff to address maintenance needs efficiently.
Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed (for Lead position).
Complete maintenance logs and documentation accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of maintenance work and general repair tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with school staff and students.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Previous experience in maintenance or related field is preferred but not required.
