Timberroot Rustic Retreats is a rapidly growing company that operates vacation rentals in three states. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our housekeeping team as a full or part-time Cabin Cleaner at our Wauhatchie Woodlands location in Chattanooga, TN. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for working across a team to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our cabins and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for our guests.
Our Chattanooga property has 31 lodgings, including 26 tiny cabins, 1 micro cabin, three medium homes and one large home, all located in a beautiful natural setting just ten minutes from downtown Chattanooga. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.
responsibilities:
Support the overall team by ensuring that the campus is clean, safe and properly representing Timberroot standards in delivering an amazing guest experience.
Clean and prepare cabins for guest arrivals, including changing linens and towels, restocking toiletries, and ensuring all surfaces are dust-free and spotless.
Complete routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
Conduct regular checks to ensure all cabin equipment and amenities are functioning properly and report any issues to the maintenance team.
Assist with laundry and inventory management, including washing and folding linens and restocking cleaning supplies.
Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment and follow all health and safety procedures.
Support cleaning manager with various ad-hoc tasks related to the administration or execution of departmental goals.
