Job Description:Work with business functional teams of client and define the long-range data migration strategyBe able to define the Cutover migration strategy from business perspectiveIdentify the gaps in the current Data preparation activities and leverage best practices in Data extraction, Validation, Cleansing across tracks.Collaborate with cross functional leads within the client & Sunera teams to bring up the quality & success rate of data getting into OracleCollaborate with extended implementation teams as a single POC from data migration perspective and define goals and action items for the teams supporting the trackBe able to clearly high light the issues and risks from data perspective for the readiness of milestones and propose mitigation plans to client management
