You’ll be the first line of defense in monitoring weather conditions, making critical decisions that protect drivers and keep goods moving safely across the country.Key Responsibilities:Monitor weather forecasts and conditions affecting transportation routes and destinations.Assess potential risks and impacts of adverse weather on transportation operations.Communicate weather-related information to drivers, dispatchers, and other relevant personnel.Coordinate with drivers to adjust routes or schedules as necessary to avoid hazardous weather conditions.Provide guidance and support to drivers navigating through challenging weather conditions.Maintain accurate records of weather-related incidents and their impact on transportation operations.This unique opportunity is perfect for night owls who are ready to own their expertise and contribute to the success of a major logistics operation.
