ResponsibilitiesIncorporates knowledge of the nursing process and the professional standards of nursing in daily practice.Applies knowledge of IV medications, blood products to provide safe care.Provides consistent care based on the changing physical and psychosocial needs, unique to the patient.QualificationsRequired Education and ExperienceCompletion of a diploma nursing program orAssociated of Applied Science in Nursing (ASN)Required Licensure and CertificationsActive RN license in the state of Tennessee and GeorgiaBasic Life Support (BLS) required prior to start date.Chemotherapy certified through the ONS or obtain Chemotherapy certification within 18 monthsChemotherapy cert verified in departmentRequired Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and TrainingCompletion of an accredited school of nursing program or diploma program as well at the ability to complete annual nursing skills and competency course.
