Description We are seeking 6-7 Customer Service Representatives to join our team in the healthcare/insurance industry, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries and problems, processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and ensuring resolution is achieved on first contact.Hours: 9:30am-6:00pm Monday through Friday Train onsite and work remote once training is completed and competency is displayedResponsibilities: Handle customer service inquiries and problems via various channels such as chat, phone, and email Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate customer credit records Resolve customer inquiries timely and accurately Participate and maintain attendance in all required meetings and trainings Ensure all customer communication is clearly documented Educate customers to ensure resolution is achieved on first contact Interact with customers through various channels such as Chat, Phone and E-mail Adhere to assigned schedules and be flexible to work overtime as required Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity.Requirements Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry. Proficient in both inbound and outbound call handling in a call center environment. Demonstrable experience in providing exceptional customer service. Skilled in data entry with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Experience in order entry and processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Higher educational qualifications will be considered a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. Availability to work in different shifts, including weekends if required. Adherence to company policies and regulations.
