CommonSpirit has more than 700 care sites across the U.S. and is committed to building healthy communities.ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:Entry of hospital based and office based demographics/charges into EPM.Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for correctly entering hospital and office charges in a timely manner.
Review charges for correct information and inform management if patterns or discrepancies are found.
Correctly identify charges that need modifiers based on guidelines, and coordinate with coder to correctly input charges.
Complete error report at the end of each month to ensure correct billing.
Data entry of demographics to ensure correct billing.
Working knowledge of various hospital systems for obtaining demographics.
Review and audit various logs.
QualificationsEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications:
Two years of data entry experience.
