The Westin Chattanooga is looking for a Maintenance Tech Overnight Shift employee to join our team.
The hours are 11pm-7am
Job Summary:
Keeps every aspect of the property in good repair and safe working order. Maintains a high quality level of work. Responds to the guests needs in a timely, efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Act with the highest level of integrity.
Ensure all work orders assigned are completed in a timely manner.
Adhere to all brand standards for maintenance and safety.
Knowledge of all life safety systems including fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
Tests and maintains water content of swimming pool and whirlpool in accordance with local and state requirements as directed.
Inspects, maintains, and cleans outside grounds, including parking lot, curbs, and landscaping.
Repair furniture and structures such as cabinets, tables, chairs, windows, bed frames, etc.
Does painting, touch-up painting, and finishing of furniture and building.
Checks electrical systems such as refrigerator controls, phone systems, televisions, lock systems, HVAC units and making repairs as necessary.
Checks and makes quality repairs on general plumbing systems such as pipelines, toilets, tubs, sinks, whirlpools, pools and drains.
