Production Worker

Production WorkerThese team members make the products.  Cut raw meat products by knife to specifications as provided. Operate meat processing equipment such as automatic cutters, mixers, grinders, vacuum tumblers and sausage stuffers and perform all tasks relevant to that equipment.  Fulfill other tasks as required by the Processing & Production Supervisor.Cutting meatWeighing and portioning meatTransport of meat through the processing stagesLoading and unloading tumblerHanging meat on racksCleaning and sanitizing processing equipment and area
