With over 60,000 associates, there's a place for you to make a difference in lives of the families we serve throughout our continuum of care.ResponsibilitiesProvides support to BHS, leadership, corporate recruiters, and field support teams during all employee hiring processes to include pre-employment documentation, creating and sending offer letters, conducting background screenings and a variety of other duties as assigned. Processes and posts job requests for all open community, BHS, leadership, and corporate recruiter positions.Provides all pre-employment documents to candidates and assure accuracy and completion.Initiates and tracks the pre-employment process for new hires from start to finish; this includes, but is not limited to, entering applicant's information into tracking applications, creating offer letters, initiating reference assessments, initiating and reviewing background and drug screenings, tracking the status of each applicant daily, and communicating with recruiters and field support teams, as needed throughout the process.Processes and tracks current associate transfers, promotions and status changes.Maintains applicant files, records, statistics and recruiting systems.Processes and posts daily community and recruiter postings within 24 hours of requests.Serves as a resource to communities and recruiters for postings and processing inquiries.Continue to improve the pre-employment process.This job description represents an overview of the responsibilities for the above referenced position. An associate should perform all duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.QualificationsEducation and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field required. Minimum one to three years related experience in recruiting and/or human resources required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in data entry, customer service, and drafting/editing letters preferred.Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements NoneManagement/Decision Making Makes standard and routine decisions based on detailed guidelines with little independent judgment. Problems are generally solved with clear, detailed guidelines or by reporting them to a supervisor.Knowledge and Skills Has a basic level of a skill and can follow written or verbal instructions. Has basic technical skills to complete a few repetitive and well-defined duties. Has a basic knowledge of the organization in order to answer basic questions. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of HRIS systems including PeopleSoft and iCIMS preferred.Physical Demands and Working Conditions
