- Highly skilled in IBM Sterling OMS and great work experience in implementation, customization, and upgrading the product, good exposure to IBM Sterling OMS modules

- Coordinate with project team to understand the project requirement
- Coordinate between offshore team and project team onshore
- Defect resolution and management with multiple development and client stake holders
