Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.Position SummaryThis position is responsible for providing leadership and direction for Change Management across Delek’s strategic transformation efforts. The BPO group works to ensure the explicit definition of all major processes in Delek’s value chain and how these major processes fit together. The Sr. Manager of Change Management will play a role ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing adoption and usage by colleagues. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize employee resistance. The Sr. Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher maximum utilization of, and proficiency with, the strategic and tactical changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. This is a key role to facilitate a cultural change at Delek towards a process-managed enterprise, delivering best in class change management practices that are integrated with business plans in a systematic and rigorous way.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, communication plans, coaching plans, and training plans.

Support both local and enterprise-wide change initiatives

May specialize in one area of organization effectiveness or be assigned to directly support a business unit and ensures activities are aligned with corporate strategy

Provide coaching to Delek’s Executives and Sr. Management to help them fulfill the role of change champion

Work with Program teams and Business Process Optimization peers to integrate change management activities and best practices into overall project plans

Develop method and system for monitoring adoption, utilization and proficiency of changes,leveraging and customizing highly visible tracking tools

Identify impacted parties, business partners, and resources required for enterprise changes at the Portfolio level, identifying how to work within resource limitations

Design methods for integrating shared functions and processes across Delek’s strategic value streams

Support executive sponsors and stakeholders for business changes throughout their business units through change management methodology coaching and consulting

Supports the execution of Delek’s strategic transformation plans, with a high degree of interaction with Executive Steering and VPs for each Business Unit

Develop and apply change management strategy based on the details of our business transformation, the details of the change and the groups impacted by the change

Manage change management deliverables with development and delivery teams

Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs

Engage with communications team, training staff, and related partners in formulation of plans and activities to support change implementations, ensuring collaboration

Assist change participants in understanding their role in the structured change and help them navigate, grow in understanding, and ultimately accept and adopt changes

Serve as SME for change management domain expertise in project planning, process improvement planning, and portfolio management activities

Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or other applicable field

5+ years Change Management and/or Project Management experience

Proven track record of success through project and transformational initiatives

Desired Qualifications:

Master’s Degree

Change Management Certification

Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) Certification

Project Management Certification

Technical Knowledge:

Expert skills with collaborative platforms

Experience in a highly visible role with periodic, enterprise-wide communications

Composing thorough and detailed written technical documentation, procedures, requirements, manuals, etc.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, out-of-the-box thinking, and conceptual skills

Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills

Strong project management skills and familiarity with different methodologies

Ability to analyze project needs and resources needed to meet project objectives

Travel Requirements:

Up to 20%
