Our client base is 100% private-pay and we have shifts that range from 4-24 hours. What Makes You the Perfect Fit? 1-2 years of caregiving experience (preferred) Valid Government Issued ID Clean Background Proof of TB Skin Test Results & Covid Vaccinations (not required but preferred) Industry Relevant Certifications Experienced Caregivers Needed for Middle TN Market! Our Caregivers are the keystone of our business, providing much needed service to seniors and their families struggling to keep their independence daily. From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing, etc.), our Caregivers provide a wide range of services. They also may work a variety of shifts, from 4-24 hours , over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc. Additional requirements include: At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting Valid driver's license and own transportation; proof of current auto insurance English proficiency and excellent communication skills Three references required / 5 years of work history Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results (not required but a plus) Full background check required prior to employment (must be clean) CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training a plus Among the benefits of becoming a Caregiver with us are: Flexible Schedules Ongoing, professional training A career that is filled with both personal and professional satisfaction Now is the time to develop a career that will not only enrich your life, but the lives of those you serve as well.
