We believe in the power of our talented teams and strive to create environments where employees find purpose and fulfillment.What you’ll do:As aBenefits Analyst, you willassist with data analysis and process coordination related to employee benefit plans of the organization. This position coordinates with vendors, HR leaders and local department HR managers to identify opportunities for process efficiency, ensure accuracy of benefits communication materials, and address escalated employee benefits issues.Responsibilities:

Responsible for the identification, analysis and resolution of escalated benefits issues; including identifying the root cause, understanding downstream impact and implementing resolutions.

· Develop implementation strategies, cost projections, and process review recommendations for benefits plans across multiple facilities.

Manage the recurring file transfer processes on a weekly basis, including but not limited to: Files to and from the Company’s HRIS system, Benefit Enrollment vendors, files to LifePointBenefits.net and files to and from various other benefit related vendors.

Perform audits and reconciliation of Lawson/HRIS data, related to benefit administration, including benefit premiums.

Assist with creating and analyzing routine and ad hoc reporting.

Support annual and ongoing enrollment activities and events to ensure accuracy of all Plan eligibility rules, plan communications materials, and eligibility information and electronic files.

Serve as a resource to HR leaders, as well as business unit leaders across the enterprise for benefits data requests.

Support Merger and Acquisition (M&A) activities as well as intra-facility transfers on benefits data migration.

Regular and reliable attendance.

Perform other duties as assigned.
