Seeking a Airwatch Mobility Systems Administrator for a position in Brentwood, TN. - No Corp to Corp- or Holders Only (W2 required)This person will be on the mobility team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IOS and Airwatch. Previous experience in configuration, deployments, and maintaining systems is required. They will be responsible for scripting Airwatch API.Candidates with experience working in an enterprise retail background is a plus.Job Duties (Required): • Administer, Operate, and Update iOS and Android devices in an Airwatch Environment• Understand Apple DEP and VPP• Upload, update, and maintain iOS and Android Apps• Test and QA new iOS and Android releases – Manage deployment process and schedule• Understand MDM reporting capabilities and provide weekly reports to Mobile Team• Assess MDM capabilities and provide recommendations on optimization and usage• Provide hardware and software support for Apple iPod and iPad devices• Works with team/stores to resolve technical issues• Coordinate with the Platform team to create onboarding processes• Create user documentation (Tips, tricks, FAQs) as new features and Apps are deployed• Assists with piloting and testing new Apps for Retail use• MS Intune experience with app assignment and AD group administration• Experience with managing mobile devices in IntuneAdditional Requirements:• Strong Experience with Deploying Mobile Devices in a Retail Environment• The ability to Script/Automate Processed in Airwatch• Understanding/Usage of Airwatch API and other Advance Feature Sets
