What you will Do:
Install and support hardware and software in the field at customer sites in the greater Charlotte area
Accurately maintains supply inventory and performs periodic inventory audits to confirm correct parts levels
Efficiently respond and provide top tier service support to customers
Additional duties as needed
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
Skills
Field Service Installation (3 years of experience is required)
Customer Service (1 year of experience is required)
Valid Driver License (1 year of experience is required)
