Description:
Seeking an RN as they will assist the provider throughout clinic with duties including but not limited to:
Checking Patient VMs
Calling Patient with test results
Follow up Doctor Messages
Communication with doctors regularly through EMR Message center
Schedule patient tests (no pre cert required)
Prepare and maintain patient charts to include insurance, registration, correspondence, laboratory and radiology reports, track and request patient records, slides and films; document as necessary in the charts
Perform BP, TPR and weight on each patient; responsible for alerting physician of abnormalities
Perform medical history on each patient prior to being seen by physician
Pre certification/referrals (experience required)
Skills & Qualifications:
RN - STATE OF TN
2+ years of experience
Urology experience preferred
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
