To put it simply we want our people to thrive and love the work they do.Responsible for leading and managing Rest’s Testing and Quality Assurance functions across the Member & Services team, including people leadership, service support, and quality management. This is a hands-on Test Manager role focused on scrum/persistent team delivery within Rest’s Member & Services area. This role exists to ensure the quality and reliability of software by leading the planning, execution, and management of testing activities within Agile Team and will focus on overall Test Planning & Execution for the assigned scrum teams along with implementing Test Automation within the stream. This is a 2 year FTC role.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain Digital Test plans, Test Execution & Test Summary Reports ensuring they are continuously updated to reflect changes in the project to identify potential risks early in the project and plan mitigation strategies.Designing and setting up robust Test Automation Frameworks using Playwright and Browserstack along with seamlessly integrating these frameworks with CI/CD pipelines to facilitate testing across various environments.Possess expertise in ETL, SQL and database management for efficient data handling, querying, and system integration.Coordinate and manage test execution activities, ensuring they align with the Project delivery goals and timelines. In addition, oversee the creation, review, and management of test cases in Zephyr, ensuring they cover all functional and non-functional requirements.Ensure Jira and Zephyr are configured optimally to support the testing process, customizing dashboards, workflows, and reports as needed to track and manage test execution status as well as defects, ensuring timely reporting, prioritization, and resolution in collaboration with development teamsWork closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on testing goals and regularly communicate test progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the testing function and contributing towards DTD QA RoadmapCollaborate & coordinate with vendors around implementation of testing activities and test phases in line with project goals and timelinesDemonstrating hands-on expertise in visual, functional, and accessibility testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage and quality assurance.Provide guidance and support to QA team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in testing practices. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.Assess the performance of QA team members, setting clear goals and providing constructive feedback. Create development plans to help individuals achieve their full potential and align their growth with the organization's objectives.
