About the Role
As a Mid Level Manual QA Engineer at Bilue, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our mobile applications. Collaborating closely with developers, designers, and project managers, you’ll help deliver seamless experiences for our clients by identifying and resolving issues before they reach the end user. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a passionate team and make a tangible impact on the quality of our digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Planning and Execution: Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies, cases and scripts for mobile applications.Manual Testing: Perform thorough manual testing across iOS and Android platforms, covering functional, UI/UX, regression, and exploratory testing.Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g. Jira), providing clear and actionable details and evidence.Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers and stakeholders to understand application requirements, user stories, and edge cases.Quality Assurance: Ensure that mobile applications meet functional and performance requirements, identifying any gaps or inconsistencies before they reach the end user.Test Environment Setup: Set up and manage testing environments for different mobile devices and operating systems.Cross-Device Testing: Conduct and track tests across multiple devices, screen sizes, and OS versions to ensure compatibility.Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to improve the development and testing processes, helping to establish best practices of shifting left.
