Drive change for faster reaction to changing market requirementBe an expert in the market they serviceExternalEnsures effective and efficient client training and onboarding of new customersEducates customers about the most relevant features/functionalities for their specific business needsDrive adoption (i.e. activation, reactivation and engagement) of platforms within client organization by demonstrating clear ROI to clientFinds and builds, new user base for service offeringsDevelop fact-based answers to complex key business questionsBecome a market expert in one or more categories / industry segmentsDeliver insightful presentations and actionable recommendations to our customersIdentify leads for cross sell and upsell opportunities with the clientHelp improve renewal rate by demonstrating clear business outcome and valueWorks closely with clients to develop use cases demonstrating value being provided to clients                                                                                                                                              InternalEnsures to be updated on relevant knowledge and has deep understanding of platform offeringsCollect and provide feedback to product teams on functionality, features etc. of platform as well as to operations and other teams on non-platform issues to drive better client experienceCollaborate with account management at the pre-sales and renewal stages
