As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst at Cricut, you will manage end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in optimizing order processing, inventory management, and distribution while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:Manage customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery.  Optimize inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses and distribution centers.Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Analyze supply chain performance and propose improvements.  Support cross-functional teams in implementing supply chain initiatives.Support the Customer Supply Chain Manager in managing consigned inventory levels at various customers and report performance, risks and opportunities.  Support the Customer Supply Chain Manager in establishing Collaboration processes with sales and customers to understand and influence customer requirements with regards to in stocks, fill rates and customer orders.Provide regular and ad-hoc performance summaries with fact-based root cause analysis, propose & carry out corrective and preventive actions.Continuously look for ways on how to improve processes.Work together with the Customer Supply Chain team to create standardization, automation and optimization among projects and processes.KPI driven mindset. Use data to drive decisions and to make the necessary tradeoffs. Continuously look for ways on how to improve the metrics such as cost, service and inventory.Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators and any relevant updates to the organization.Support the Customer Supply Chain Manager in designing scalable and automated processes related to order scheduling, event management, customer in stocks, etc, and continuously look for ways to improve customer service and predictability
