Senior Business Controller

Provide key insights to cross functional teams and support business growth through rigorous evaluation of P&L and key business and operational drivers.  High visibility role where this role will work closely with senior business leaders to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives and to drive delivery of results.Key responsibilities will include:Act as strategic business partner to the Seeds Head, Head of Sales and/or Head of Marketing, including financial reporting and analysis, compliance and process improvementDrives delivery of stretched financial performance and targets, including working capital managementDrives analysis of business performance: sales, pricing, margins, credit management and costs followed by action plan to deliver/exceed targets  Review monthly/ quarterly forecasts and drive annual budgeting process for the Commercial UnitAs a member of the country Finance Leadership Team (FLT), be an engaged leader in driving the finance strategic agenda in collaboration with other finance areas (e.g. Business Facing, Finance Operations, Shared Services)
