We are a framing company in the Madison Wisconsin area specializing in new construction of large multi-family buildings and high-end custom homes. There is a great amount of construction projects in this area and just simply not enough workers to keep up with all of the work. Madison is a beautiful city and a great place to live. You will not regret relocating here.
We are in search of framers with a minimum of 7 years experience in wood framing who are interested in relocating to Madison and joining our team. Candidates must possess the skill set of an experienced carpenter and must be reliable and committed to showing up Monday-Friday every week. Housing will be provided for applicants who meet these conditions.
Employment will only be offered to applicants who are career framers. Please do not apply with a background in general construction or experience in other trades.
Crew lead positions are available for candidates with 10+ years of experience
These positions are full time, long term, and well paid. We have consistent work, year round, without down time between projects. All employees are guaranteed 40 hours every week, and optional overtime is available on a regular basis. Benefits packages are available after 90 days including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and paid vacation.
