Seeking an Assistant Manager for a 150 unit Project Based Section 8 and LIHTC apartment community. Assistant Property Managers are mentored to grow within the company. They are prepared to step in and oversee the operations in the absence of a manager. They are tasked with duties and are fully accountable to support the day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, and ensuring the property team is positive and successful.
Key Requirements:
-High School diploma or equivalent, (College Degree is preferred)
-Minimum of one (1) year as an Assistant Manager or strong leasing agent / multifamily office support
-Must have either PB Section 8 or LIHTC experience
-English language proficiency (read, speak and write)
-The ability to pass a full background check
-Valid driver's license and vehicle is required
