Consistent full-time hours year round

What You Will Be Doing

Execute precise assembly, fabrication, and installation of components in accordance with technical specifications and blueprints

Operate and maintain advanced production equipment, including automated machinery, forklifts, and overhead cranes

Utilize manual and power tools for product finishing processes

Coordinate the efficient transfer of products, components, and materials between designated work zones

Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Uphold stringent workplace safety and cleanliness standards to maintain a secure operational environment

Formulate chemical and material compositions adhering to exact specifications

Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment malfunctions in a timely manner

Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency

Collaborate effectively with engineering teams and production leaders

Maintain meticulous production records and inventory records for raw materials and finished products

Participate in new team member development through mentorship, ensuring adherence to specifications and maintaining rigorous quality standards

Execute product packaging procedures utilizing industrial materials including pallets, cardboard, banding straps, and shrink wrap

Other duties as needed

About You and Your Work Experiences

At least one year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or related role

High school diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred)

Able to read and interpret blueprints – or aptitude and willingness to learn

Proficient at basic math and able to take measurements using a tape measure

Known for your focus on safety, attention to detail, and high-quality work outputs

Able to read English and understand verbal instructions communicated in English

Equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team

Dependable and good at managing your time

Willing and able to meet pre-employment requirements (physical and drug screen)

Work Environment & Physical Demands

It is a composite manufacturing environment so you can expect moderate noise levels and production-related smells and dust

Safety is the top focus – work requires the continuous use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a fitted respirator (PPE is provided at no cost to you and does require a clean-shaven face for a safe fit)

Work requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds overhead, and infrequently lift much as 50 pounds

Extended periods of standing on concrete flooring (8+ hours per shift)

The tanks are large, but OSHA technically considers entry to perform finishing work a confined space meaning you should feel you would be comfortable entering and working in smaller spaces

Occasional work is performed on ladders of up to 16 feet so comfort working from an elevated position is important
