We’re seeking a motivated Residential Exterior Project Manager to oversee roofing and siding projects from start to finish. If you have experience managing exterior residential construction projects and pride yourself on organization and communication, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly
- Managing project schedules, material orders, and job site inspections
- Communicating clearly with homeowners throughout the project
- Troubleshooting issues and keeping projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing residential roofing or siding projects is required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
