Product Engineering Intern

The Product Engineering Intern will report to the Manager, Product Engineering and be part of MasterBrand’s Premium product engineering team. The internship's purpose is to assist with key Premium operations initiatives and provide insight into the industry. This position involves product engineering support, primarily focusing on AutoCAD drawing projects for standardizing product documentation. Additionally, the selected student will spend the internship working with the product engineering team to develop and revise drawings for various cabinet components and assemblies.Responsibilities:Creates and revises shop floor drawings to support manufacturing processes, as well as master drawings for cabinet components and assemblies.Supports with rapid prototype request as needed.Proposes improvement opportunities.Consistently demonstrates the MasterBrand Way, positioning the company for growth and helping identify opportunities to reduce waste, complexity, and improve our work environment.Demonstrates teamwork by responsively collaborating with management and staff, sharing information and ideas, proactively seeking, and accepting constructive feedback.Identifies self-development needs and seeks opportunities to work on areas that will further develop skills. Performs other duties as assigned.
