Job Summary

The Pre-Arrival Supervisor is responsible for overall operations in the Insurance Review process.

Success in this role ensures compliance with established policies and procedures, project coordination, front end revenue cycle and scheduling software maintenance, patient estimates, denial avoidance and upholding the financial clearance policy.

The supervisor works with stakeholders to understand complex issues, recognize decision points and deliver creative solutions while partnering with a wide variety of clinical settings and personnel.

Education and/or Experience

Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

One-three years of front-end revenue cycle supervisory/leadership experience in a large healthcare setting is preferred.

Proven experience managing multiple projects and personnel management effectively is preferred.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks
