In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, directing inbound calls to the right department, greeting clients with a warm welcome, and assisting them with their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct inbound calls to appropriate departments
Greet clients and provide assistance
Update mailing instructions as needed
Answer basic questions regarding company operations
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver accurate and efficient work.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Benefits: Multiple paid holidays (on Post Office closure days) and health insurance available.
Pay starts at $17.50 per hour.
