This key leadership role will oversee the food and beverage operations across multiple properties, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our discerning guests.Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food and beverage offerings across all properties in the clusterDrive revenue growth and profitability through innovative menu development, pricing strategies, and cost control measuresEnsure consistent delivery of high-quality cuisine and exceptional service standards across all dining outletsLead and mentor a diverse team of F&B professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementCollaborate with property General Managers to align F&B operations with overall hotel strategiesOversee budget planning, financial forecasting, and performance analysis for all F&B outletsEstablish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectivenessStay abreast of global culinary trends and incorporate relevant innovations into our F&B conceptsEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitationAnalyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
