Maintenance Technician

Someone who is available during working hours and is on-call for emergencies with general maintenance work in a mobile home park setting as need. Based in Mission, SD, we are looking for someone who is local or nearby and is skilled in general maintenance work, has basic tools and a vehicle, and can communicate well with property managers to ensure all necessary maintenance work is completed in a timely fashion.
