This position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards. The Executive Chef works well under pressure, is organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and willing to work long hours.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Take creative culinary ownership of a high-volume, chef driven Gastro-pub
Manage overall operations of the kitchen
Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining food costs, controlling labor, scheduling, and safety
and sanitation
Qualifications & Skills:
At least 2 years of progressive Culinary experience as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced, full-service
restaurant environment
Stress management/composure
Proven leadership and time management skills
Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000/year (BOE) + bonus potential (relocation assistance provided)

Education: Culinary Degree / Associates Degree or higher
