Creative Ironworks is looking for a Fabricator to join our hard working and fun team. Applicants should be self-motivated and dependable and ready for a fast-paced atmosphere. This is a full-time position with hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM M-F.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, reading and fabricating from shop drawings to produce steel or aluminum projects to the highest quality standards. This will entail operating various pieces of production equipment such as MIG welders, ironworker, grinders, band saw, shear, plasma torch, tubing bender, radius roller, plate roller, operating forklift, maintaining and servicing equipment, and complying with all procedural expectations and safety standards. Other duties not related to fabrication include keeping the shop clean.
Applicants need to have basic math skills with the ability to convert fractions and decimals and be capable of reading a tape measure. They must have attention to detail, be dependable, and be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
