Handyman for rental property management company.
Some weekend work in case of emergencies. Candidate needs to be skilled in general carpentry, painting , tape-texture, grounds keeping and general labor and handyman skills. Some plumbing and electrical, HVAC knowledge is helpful. You will be responsible to supervise the work of these purveyors, but you will install light fixtures ceiling fans faucets and undersink plumbing. We provide a well equipped heated maintenance shop. You must be capable of working unsupervised. Must have own transportation and cell phone and be capable of texting and sending and receiving e-mail.
