Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques.
Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas to ensure availability for guests.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Collaborate with housekeeping management to meet daily cleaning goals and standards.
Experience
Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Compensation
Free housing and utilties in exchange for up to three hours of work per day or 21 per week
Our flexible schedule means some days you may work three hours and some days you might not have any work to do - but the work will always be within a set timeframe (9am-1pm)
