Title: Sales Executive (2623)Division & Department: Enterprise FranklinCovey Executive CoachingJob Status: Full-Time ExemptReports to: General ManagerLocation: Remote – Anywhere in the contiguous United StatesJob SummaryThe primary role of the Client Partner is to effectively prospect their targeted list of accounts, skillfully diagnose client needs, and lead to solutions provided by Franklin Covey’s executive coaching division. The Client Partner will acquire expertise in Franklin Covey’s executive coaching and consulting offerings, build mutually beneficial business relationships, present compelling presentations, close business, and grow recurring revenue. This is a largely independent field sales role for a sales executive with a high degree of business maturity.Essential Job Functions

Initiating new business development targeting medium to large sized accounts for strategic penetration.

Networking, marketing, and social selling to connect with mid- to senior-level executives and other key stakeholders to generate interest, pipeline opportunities and new business.

Highly skillful diagnosing and assessing client needs at a strategic and business outcome level. Executive presence and credibility in face-to-face meetings, live in person and live online.

Very technically savvy application of sales, platform and social media technologies

Develops and executes on territory marketing and management plan to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Independently calls on mid- to senior-level HR executives and other representatives to generate coaching and consulting sales.

Writes and oversees effective business proposals.

Closes business consistently within Franklin Covey pricing and policy guidelines.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience in corporate sales.

BA/BS in Business or related field.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience selling in professional services environment selling to Fortune 500 companies.

A stable work history and successful track record of personal sales performance in a large corporate environment is essential.

Consultative sales background with demonstrated skills in the areas of prospecting, lead generation, forecasting, and driving opportunities to closure.

Well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations to both line leadership and senior corporate executives within target companies.

Location in the contiguous US

For location-specific compensation information:California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $90-110k plus commissions.
