The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.The Lead Product Manager Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.This role requires specific experience in large scale Salesforce Health Cloud implementation with the below expectations:Expertise in leading product development leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud, with focus on key features such as telephony integration with Genesys.Proficient in managing data migration projects to ensure seamless transition and integration with Salesforce Health Cloud.Skilled in implementing solutions to achieve a single customer record, enhancing data accuracy and accessibility across systems.Ability to integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with enterprise-grade systems, ensuring interoperability and data consistency.Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmap aligned with business objectives.Strong understanding of telephony systems and integration methods, enabling efficient communication solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud.Proven track record of successful product launches and enhancements, driven by thorough market research and user feedback analysis.Capable of implementing robust data governance processes to maintain data integrity and security within Salesforce Health Cloud.Effective communicator with stakeholders at all levels, adept at conveying product vision and obtaining buy-in for strategic initiatives.Proficient in Agile methodologies, capable of managing feature prioritization and sprint planning to meet project timelines.Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

6+ years of technical experience with Salesforce

Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$123,800 - $170,400 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
