This role is ideal for a people person who is a Property Graduate, or someone with 1-2 years previous experience working within a leasing or property management role. Join our Occupier Services team as a Junior Leasing Executive and deliver unrivalled leasing services to our client, a large Telco with a national footprint. You will be involved in negotiating the lease of mobile phone towers across metro and regional Australia.Key responsibilities in this role will include:Delivery of leasing services to clients as per client contract.Successful lease renewals and reduced rental negotiations.Ongoing client relationship management.Increasing the average tenure term across the portfolios.Increasing the security and utility of tenure.Achieve significant operational savings for our client by negotiating longer lease duration's
