Minneapolis Based Company is searching for Real Estate Field Inspectors in (Entire Arrowhead area including but not limited to) , Ortonville, Graceville, Canby, Granite Falls, and Montevideo. We are searching for inspectors to confirm occupancy for Major banks and Insurance Companies. Our reps take photos of the assigned properties, fill out the simple report and upload it all from the Mobile App. Average turn time is 4 to 8 days and typically the same homes are inspected each month.
PAY IS PER REPORT
All work is completed as a 1099 Independent Sub-Contractor. PAY IS PER REPORT so Pay depends on volume and Area you would cover. Currently, the average inspector typically inspects a few days per week!

AREAS LISTED ABOVE PAY-starts at $10.00+ PER REPORT, Completing 2-4+ REPORTS Per HR when working AVERAGE REPORT - takes less than 3 minutes to complete
