Assistant Hotel Manager – Onsite Housing Provided (Clear Lake, SD)
America’s Best Value Inn & Suites in Clear Lake, SD is hiring an Assistant Hotel Manager. Great opportunity for someone with hospitality or customer service experience!
What You’ll Do:
Help with front desk, housekeeping, and daily hotel operations
Assist with light maintenance (experience a plus)
Provide excellent guest service
Help with light breakfast service for guests
What We Offer:
Pay: $40,000/year, paid weekly
Onsite 1-bedroom apartment with utilities included
5 days PTO (pro-rated)
Bonuses:
Occupancy Bonus: $100–$200 per month based on hotel occupancy
5-Star Review Bonus: $20 per verified 5-star review (up to $200/month)
Requirements:
Hotel or hospitality experience preferred
Must be reliable, friendly, and able to work weekends/holidays
Maintenance skills a plus
