This role will be based from our Milton Keynes office at least twice a week. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality facilities services, supporting operational efficiency, safety, and strategic property initiatives.You’ll receive a competitive salary  a car allowance, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.This is some of what you can expect to be doing:Lead multi-site facilities operations across office and technical properties, ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and high-performing environmentsDrive contractor and stakeholder relationships, managing service delivery, vendor performance, and lease compliance across a national property portfolioChampion health, safety, and sustainability standards, ensuring statutory compliance and promoting continuous improvement in workplace environmentsUtilise CAFM systems and data insights to manage assets, streamline maintenance, and support strategic property planning initiativesWhat you’ll bring to the roleAs an experienced Facilities or Property Manager You’ll also have:Proven experience in multi-site facilities management, including hard and soft services, with a strong understanding of commercial property operations and complianceExpertise in contractor and vendor management, with a track record of delivering cost-effective, high-quality service across office and technical environmentsStrong knowledge of statutory compliance and Health & Safety regulations, including CDM, risk assessments, and method statements in a corporate FM settingProficiency in CAFM systems e.g., TABS FM and Microsoft Office tools, with excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsDiversity, Inclusion & BelongingWe’re a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality.
