Manager: SAP Concur

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our SAP Concur team in Midrand, South Africa.Proactive involvement in business process improvement and SAP Concur enablement initiatives including implementation/maintenance/support of SAP ConcurConduct business needs analysis and identify key business challengesAnalyzing authorization and approval business processes and workflows for Expense and InvoiceUnderstanding of SAP Concur product functionality and how it relates to business usersGathering functional and business requirements from client and translating them into the scope of Concur products/servicesIdentify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomesAssist in defining ‘To-Be’ stage of processes, solution application requirement and performance measurementsDevelop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap and plan to achieve ‘To-Be’ stage effectivelyManage/conduct deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomesProactive involvement in change for large scale multi-site, and other related transformational change efforts, including but not limited to efficiency and effectiveness initiatives; organizational restructurings; organizational capabilities developmentSupport team with build of opportunity pipeline and proposals to clientsAbility to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independentlyAbility to be strategic and creative while remaining detail-oriented and process-focusedLead a team of SAP Concur specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
