Radio Planner - TowerCo

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Radio Planner to join our TowerCo team. The ideal candidate will leverage crowdsourcing tools, advanced analytics, and technical expertise to identify and enhance network coverage for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). The Radio Planner will play a critical role in identifying coverage gaps, proposing solutions for network optimization, and driving revenue growth through strategic site planning.Key Responsibilities:1. Coverage Analysis:   - Utilize crowdsourcing tools, GIS platforms, and other analytics tools to assess the coverage of all MNOs across various technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).   - Identify coverage gaps and areas with poor quality of service (QoS) for potential network improvement.2. Collocation and New Site Build Proposals:   - Recommend collocation opportunities to maximize the use of existing infrastructure.   - Identify strategic locations for new site builds to enhance network coverage and capacity.   - Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for proposed sites.3. Network Optimization:   - Analyze network performance data and provide recommendations for optimization.   - Collaborate with MNOs to align on solutions for enhancing service quality and coverage.4. Revenue Assurance:   - Identify potential revenue-generating opportunities through collocation, network densification, and site upgrades.   - Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure proposed projects align with revenue growth targets.5. Technology Integration:   - Stay updated on the latest radio network technologies and trends.   - Ensure the proposed solutions are future-proof and support the integration of emerging technologies like 5G and IoT.6. Reporting and Stakeholder Communication:   - Prepare detailed reports and presentations on coverage analysis, site proposals, and optimization plans.   - Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
