General ResponsibilitiesEnsure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and replaced/refurbished as requiredPerform preventative maintenance, installations, repairs and troubleshooting on refrigeration and electrical systems and general facilitiesPerform rotation cleaning duties as requiredReport any accident, or damage to equipment immediatelyEnsure that the facilities and equipment are continuously in good repair and safe for human useResponding to breakdowns timeouslyCustomer Specific ResponsibilitiesEnsure guest satisfaction by performing such duties as attending to their requests and inquiries courteously and efficientlyEnsure that all logistics duties are performed and completed with minimal interruption and inconvenience to guests, and the service operationIf spoken to acknowledge guests using the appropriate levels of discretion and the correct forms of addressReport or hand in any property belonging to the guest left lying open in the roomEnsures that areas where jobs are undertaken are left properly clean and ready for useAlways display a polite and gracious manner.Quality Specific ResponsibilitiesComply with and apply all relevant quality standards, policies, processes, rules and proceduresFollow the established sequences of logistics service, adjusting for the needs of operationsComplete any paperwork required as part of the jobNotice and communicate to management opportunities to further improve quality standardsContribute to the implementation of on-going and continuous improvementsFacilitiesMaintain any storage facilities to ensure they are clean and tidyBe aware and familiar with operating procedures for all departmental machines, equipment and tools
